Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson aka Bulldog after his split with Shatta Wale sat down for his first extensive interview to talk about life, music, philosophies and more.

In a two hour interview with Hitz FM, the Bullhaus Entertainment Creative Director made a lot of revelations and we captured the highlights for you.

1.       Bulldog’s top five songs now include Rudebwoy Rankings Bust A Lighter, Don’t Cry, Shatta Wale’s Star Sign, Sarkodie’sAdonai and KK Fosu and Tinny’s ‘Tell Them’

2.       He likes Obrafour’s Ntiti3pa and wants it to be made a national song. To him it’s a classic.

3.       After he was born, his mother was told not give birth again. On his mother’s side he is the last born but on his father’s side he is the second born with many siblings following.

4.       He has been a manager for over a decade. His Bullhaus firm started officially 2003.

5.       He drove his artist Five5 from Cape Coast to Accra because the promoter refused to pay artist the rest of their booking fee. It was GHC50.

6.       He didn’t learn artist management in school.

7.       His managed Five5, Iwan, Natural Face, Brainna, Paulina Odro, Koo Ntakra, Yaa Yaa, Shatta Wale and now Rudebwoy Ranking.

8.       Koo Ntakra moved on, Paulina Odro is managed by Incredible Entertainment a branch of Bullhaus and Brainna is married now.

9.       He was cool with all that Shatta Wale said about him during radio interview.

10.   He was driving and tuned in and heard everything that was said.

11.   Bulldog believes ‘if you live with a person for a long time you’ll know them’ so none of what Shatta Wale said hit him.

12.   Shatta Wale had the streets locked; Bulldog’s Bullhaus brought him to cooperate.

13.   Prodigal of VVIP first spoke to Bull about Shatta. But before that he knew him from Hammer of the Last Two’s compilation. Shatta laid a verse on Yoggi Doggi’s song.

14.   VVIP brought Shatta Wale to the ‘fold’.

15.   His fans don’t tell him their personal stuff so he doesn’t like discussing his private matters in his interviews.

16.   He doesn’t regret working with Shatta Wale

17.   It’s been a while since Shatta and Bull had a talk.

18.   His company is managing Rudebwoy now but he is on a break.

19.   When he is done with music, he might venture into politics.

20.   The police invited Bulldog not because of Shatta’s pronouncements on radio but because Wale made formal report with the police.

21.   He didn’t start Shatta and Samini’s beef. They had their own issues before he became Shatta’s manager.

22.   Bulldog’s artists is his product so he defends his product so it’s not swept off the shelve.

23.   Bulldog and Samini have had only two long chats. They are colleagues, they are not friends.

24.   He supports healthy beef in Dancehall.

25.   He is not ready to work with Shatta Wale again. They can talk but everyone has moved on.

26.   His passionate and can die for what he believes in

27.   He hasn’t beaten any of his artist before

28.   He hasn’t beaten any industry person.

29.   There’s a picture people have of him but he is not ready to clear that picture.

30.   He doesn’t have friends from the industry.

31.   His friends include his wife, kids, Ken, Salty and Blynx Charming.

32.   He doesn’t have any beef with Kwaw Kese.

33.   He is a disappointed rapper.

34.   He mentioned Bra Emma (Samini) in his Ur Time Pass record.

35.   He doesn’t remember telling Shatta he was going to beat him in Germany.

36.   He doesn’t hate Shatta Wale

37.   He and Shatta’s father still chat.

38.   Abraham Ohene Djan and Mark Okraku Mante are his role models. They are great talent managers.

39.   Shatta exposed Bulldog to his SM fan base.

40.   He values his achievement more than the money.

41.   Bass Awards is happening this December.
