It’s no surprise missing Hiplife artiste, Castro, is still trending as he tops the list of three different segments in Google‘s annual “Year in Search” list.

Born Theophilus Tagoe, the popular musician and a female companion, Janet Bandu, went missing early July while surfing the waves at Ada in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.

Frantic searches for them by Marine police have not yielded any results.

Their disappearance has created a lot of controversy and news surrounding the two keeps resurfacing as many speculate they have died in the jet-ski accident.

Meanwhile, police have warned against declaring the two dead as they can only be affirmed dead after seven years and seven days, per Ghana’s laws.

But Google in a latest ranking has featured “Castro” as the most searched word on Ghana for 2014.
