Perhaps a little mix up on E-Talk (GhOne TV) when Flavour was being interviewed by Amanda.

Amanda asked Flavour about the Ghanaian Musicians he often listens to or familiar with while he was on interview. Flavour mistakenly said he shared ‘same stage’ with Shatta Wale in Mauritius (instead of Stonebwoy). after a thorough cross-check can confirm that it was rather Stonebwoy who performed on the same platform with Flavour in Mauritius last year (2015) at the “MultiChoice Content Showcase Extravaganza”. Below is a screen shot of evidential proof of a previous story carried on that captured Stonebwoy and Flavour sharing the same stage.

Besides, Flavour again, mistakenly said that, he would be performing with Shatta Wale on the “One AFRICA Music Fest” in New York, but another cross-check also revealed that it was rather Stonebwoy who has the representation from Ghana and not Shatta Wale, as was mistakenly said by Flavour on the interview. Stonebwoy’s Road Manager, Sidi Mohammed (Blakk Cedi), also prompted us on the same and wrote this (as captured in the screenshot below);

Flavour is currently in Ghana to play this year’s “Ghana Meets Naija” show this weekend at the Accra International Conference Centre. He disclosed earlier on the interview with Amanda Jissih that he would love to collaborate with celebrated Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale (with whom he’s paired to battle it out on the night at “Ghana Meets Naija”).

We had to do this story and explain it well to the fans of all artistes mentioned in this story so they also don’t get confused about it all. These things do happen on interviews where there are little mix ups here and there. We would like to use this medium to entreat fans of Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale especially to keep calm and not take issues ‘personal’ on each other. Let peace reign!
