She might be living it big now but that was not the case growing up, she told Mzgee on Joynews.

Turning 28 yesterday, the actress in an interview with Mzgee on Joynews talked about her achievements at her young age, thanking God for her life and the opportunity to have rose up out of a very poor family. She recalled that she comes from an extremely poor home in the upper west where having a 3 square meal was a luxury. The only thing you can dream of is surviving and thus she never even thought she could be where she was.

‘I don’t want to go into details about my life growing up, all i can say is that it was tougher, the whole aim was to survive, you dare not dream of anything else, sometimes we eat banku or kenkey without fish, it was a normal thing’ she said.

Having made a decent name in the movies industry, the young beautiful actress wishes to marry a good man and wants men to approach her as most are afraid to do so because they are scared of her.
