Owner of Pure Joy Football Club, Isaac Tetteh, has lashed out at FA management member and owner of Tema Youth football Club, Osei Palmer, for allegedly influencing officiating against his team in a division one match on Monday.
Tetteh, former Hearts of Oak board member, insists Nyantakyi must sack Osei Palmer for allegedly bribing referees during League matches involving his Club.
The Pure Joy financier believes some referees who receive financial favours from club owners and presidents must not be allowed to officiate matches.
The business tycoon is therefore urging Nyantakyi to dismiss the Black Satellites management Chairman who he tagged as a corrupt figure.
“How do they select players into the national junior teams”? He asked. Check their mood of selection of players into the national junior teams if such people like Osei Palmer should be the leaders of Ghana football,” he told Peace Fm.
“If these are the people Nyantakyi has surrounded himself with, he could be president for 1,000 years Ghana football will never succeed.”
“Such people like Osei Palmer don’t have to be executive members of the Ghana Football Association and that they use their positions and power to determine the fate of other clubs to their favour.”
“Are we learning from the European games or they are just on such positions to favour themselves as friends”? Pure Joy are lying fourth in the National Division One.
