Alpha Aura, the latest classic musical band which involves the duo, David Lawal & Roland Lartey

Both came into the entertainment industry with their own genre “Afroteck”/“Afro urban music” that seeks to merge techno music with Afropop whiles experimenting with the mixture of pop and other genres.

These individuals merged together in the year 2014 after Roland Lartey, a street solo artist came into agreement with his neighborhood friend, David Lawal who was then a street entrepreneur to form the record label with the brand name “Alpha Aura Music”.

This unity brought about the birth of their own genre “Afroteck”/ “afro urban music”.

Both were born and bred in the rough neighborhood of Abossey Okai “Zongo” a suburb of Accra.

David Lawal emerged from Ghana National College in Cape Coast to set up his own business while Roland Lartey, a Labone Senior Secondary School graduate also started pursuing his solo music after school because his passion for the arts was deep, even during school.

The duo since then have been able to set up a prank channel on YouTube called Alphaprankgh which is a mixture of social experiments and hidden camera pranks.

This duo certainly seeks to build the most attractive and thought-provoking brand the country has ever seen.

Alpha Aura’s latest music project “daa daa daa” is an inspirational thought provoking music video that has been accepted mainstream. Impacting their world with positive vibe and their fans across Africa and the world as a whole, Alpha Aura’s all loving branded afroteck / Afro urban music can now be downloaded on all music platforms.
