Rapper, singer  and songwriter, Okyeame Kwame  is back with another installment of the ‘Versatile Show’ and it will be at the National Theatre tomorrow, November 8.

Titled ‘The Beggars,’ the production is a mix of music, magic, comedy, dance, drama and  poetry.

The 70-member cast includes notable names like Wanlov Kubolor,  Adjetey ‘Pusher’  Anang, Ecow Smith-Asante,  Samini, Bradez, Edem, EL, Keche,  Adina and Noyam Dance Institute.

The production delves into the issue of begging. While some do it outright on the streets, others go about it in a veiled way and and sometimes do not even realise that they are beggars.

The story is told through the eyes of a prostitute, pimp,   pastor,  police officer,  politician and professor.

There will be two shows at  4.00pm and 8.00pm.
