Marked annually across Ghana, the GhanaThink Foundation’s led 2015 National Volunteers Day was held from 19th to 21st which saw both young and old individuals and institutions hosting various projects to encourage volunteerism across Ghana.

In the Northern Region, the Mindshift Foundation an NGO that seeks to promote conflict resolution initiatives to empower and change young minds held a massive clean up exercise led by Senior High Schools students from various conflict communities at the Nankpnduri Market.

The event which lasted for 4 hours has given a new face to market and the community. According to the President, Elizabeth Bidzakin, this is among their monthly program lineup to promote conflict resolution activities in the various communities in the northern regions.
