Ghanaian Dancehall and multi-award winning artiste, Samini, has dropped hints of how his next album is panning out.

Samini, over the last couple of years, has been noted for his Republic Day concerts, with the last being the ‘Demarco Live in Ghana Concert’ which received an appreciable level of patronage.

Taking to his facebook page, Samini wrote that his “album is really coming up nice,” and listed a number of artiste he has featured so far.

Amongst them are the obvious Mugeez (of R2Bees fame) and Kaakie (who is on the same label as Samini). Also featured on the upcoming album are Anthony B, Exco Levi, Stevie Face and Demarco, all from Jamaica.

UK-based Donaeo, Pappis from Senegal, and Jung Joc from the United States are all featured on at least one track from Samini’s upcoming album.

The ‘Tempo’ hitmaker also said that the yet-to-be-titled album is scheduled for release in December 2012 and is still being worked on.

After being on a low key since his last Republic Day concert months ago, fans will be looking forward to something ‘major’ from Samini, to usher him back to the big stage.
